Sarah will craft a personalised program based on your goals, experience, current fitness and time available to you for training. Sarah will work closely with you throughout the course of your program, testing and adjusting the sessions as your fitness and form evolves.

You will be set up on the TrainingPeaks (TM) platform to draft your personalised program and to provide feedback on a regular basis. This software will provide me with up-to-date intelligence on your fitness, form and fatigue levels to maximise your performance both day to day and for your major goal event. (The use of a GPS watch that can record workouts and your Heart Rate is required to ensure the data is captured in TrainingPeaks - Sarah can discuss with you at the start of the program).
