Sarah can offer individuals and businesses a range of health-related services and support. These services include:

• Personal training – to enable individuals and businesses to achieve their fitness goals

• Cardio training – using a range of plyometric movements, timing and tempo

• Yoga training – from trauma aware Yoga to Vinyasa Flow classes

• Tailored motivational speaking appearances and team building activities

The training sessions can be individually tailored to enable you to achieve your unique fitness goals or tailored for groups of up to 10 people. Training sessions can be booked as a single session, multiple sessions or a recurring booking.

In-person (face-to-face) sessions can be conducted at your home or a business’s premises providing it is located within a 70km radius of Murrumbateman, NSW; or conducted remotely using a communication service such as Zoom. Alternative safe and friendly locations can be arranged by prior agreement.

  • Personal Training

    Sarah can offer two types of personal training services to address the needs of individuals:

    • personal training sessions – these are conducted on an ‘as required’ basis for those individuals seeking to maintain or enhance their level of fitness without wishing to commit to a program of regular sessions (see Cardio and Yoga sessions)

    • personalised training programs – for those individuals wanting to achieve more challenging health-related goals that require ongoing coaching support.

    Sarah can craft a personalised training program based on your goals, experience, current fitness level and the time you have available for training. Sarah will work closely with you throughout the duration of your program; providing coaching, support and encouragement to assist you to achieve your goals. Sarah will monitor and adjust the training sessions as your fitness level and health needs evolve.

    Personalised training programs are offered on a subscription basis run over several months or longer. The monthly subscription fee is payable in advance and will be automatically billed monthly. You will be provided an account on a commercial health monitoring software platform, called TrainingPeaks™ (basic account provided for free or an addittional cost if you decide on the Premuim TrainingPeaks account). The coaching support service can be cancelled at any time provided a written notice of cancellation request is received by Sarah at least two days prior to the next monthly payment falling due.

    Training programs can be supplemented with personal training sessions, which you will need to book separately as a single session or multiple sessions/recurring booking.

  • Cardio Sessions

    Sarah can tailor a cardio workout session using plyometric movements, timing and tempo to blast your aerobic and anaerobic systems, burn excess fat, build muscle strength, and boost metabolism.

  • Yoga Sessions

    Sarah is a qualified Yoga teacher and can tailor Yoga sessions to address the needs of a broad range of participants. From trauma aware Yoga to Vinyasa Flow classes, Sarah will conduct sessions tailored to your needs and those of your group. Sarah can also conduct Pre and Post-Natal Yoga sessions.

  • Motivational Speaking Appearances and Team Building Activities

    Sarah has inspired a broad range of audiences through her personal speeches of lived experience; with key themes of overcoming adversity, building resilience, goal setting and seizing opportunities. Sarah can be booked to deliver a tailored motivational speech to your business or organisation; and to conduct tailored team building activities.
